摘要
铝电解废旧阴极炭块是电解铝生产排放的一种固体废弃物,对环境危害大,但同时含有大量的炭和氟化物,具有很高的回收利用价值。从废旧阴极的产生和性质出发,对废旧阴极无害化和资源化利用技术进行研究,对比分析了不同处理处置技术的优缺点和存在的问题,并对废旧阴极综合利用技术进行了展望,以期为铝电解行业绿色低碳发展提供参考。
Spent carbon cathodes is a kind of solid waste discharged from electrolytic aluminum production,which is harmful to the environment.However,it also contains a large amount of carbon and fluoride,which has high recycling value.Based on the generation and properties of spent cathodes,the harmless and resource utilization technologies of spent cathodes are studied.In order to provide reference for the green and low-carbon development of aluminum electrolysis industry,the advantages,disadvantages and existing problems of different processing and disposal technologies are compared and analyzed,and the comprehensive utilization technology of spent cathodes is prospected.It is hoping to provide reference to the green development for aluminum electrolysis industry.
