摘要
水资源时空分布不均,人均水资源量较低,供需矛盾突出,高效合理利用水资源成为国内可持续发展和生态文明建设的重要内容。火电厂零排放是一种理想的闭式用水系统,系统内的水不断进行循环或处理后回用,从而节约水资源和保护环境,以某电厂机组烟气脱硫系统为例,基于脱硫废水零排放系统工艺流程设计原则,设计了软化预处理、膜浓缩处理和蒸发结晶处理相结合的脱硫废水零排放处理工艺,并在实施过程中进行了整个系统的脱硫废水零排放控制、调试和故障处理等的分析研究,为电厂脱硫废水零排放提供了指导和参考。
The spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in China is uneven,the per capita water resources are low,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.Efficient and rational use of water resources has become an important part of China‘s sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.Zero emission of thermal power plant is an ideal closed water system.The water in the system is continuously recycled or reused after treatment,so as to save water resources and protect the environment.Taking the flue gas desulfurization system of a power plant unit as an example,based on the process design principle of zero emission system of desulfurization wastewater,a zero emission treatment process of desulfurization wastewater combining softening pretreatment membrane concentration treatment evaporation crystallization treatment is designed.In the implementation process,the zero emission control,debugging and fault treatment of desulfurization wastewater in the whole system are analyzed and studied,which provides guidance and reference for zero emission of desulfurization wastewater in power plant.
