摘要
讨论了一种机械反馈式液压伺服作动器在工作时出现自振和啸叫问题。通过对自振频率以及噪声频谱的分析,得出了力矩马达自振引起了产品的工作不稳定。针对产品故障模式,制定了减小阻尼孔以增加阻尼的方式,提高了产品的工作稳定性。
This article discusses the problem of self vibration and squealing of a mechanical feedback hydraulic servo actuator during operation.By analyzing the natural vibration frequency and noise spectrum,it is concluded that the torque motor's natural vibration causes the instability of the product's operation.A method of reducing damping holes to increase damping has been developed for product failure modes,which improves the stability of the product.damping has been developed,which improves the working stability of the product.
