摘要
教学团队以课程群为依托,探索适应人才培养特点的线上线下、课内课外、校内校外教学实施模式,基于“重基础、强实践、拓素质”的培养理念,提出“教-学-研-用”递进式育人模式,创建以“知识链-能力链-素质链”为内三螺旋、“课堂-网络-平台”为中三螺旋、“企业-大学-专业”为外三螺旋的三层次三螺旋复合型人才培养模型,破解理论基础-实践能力-综合素质的耦合难题,形成多元化、多层次、多主体的全员、全程、全方位的“三全”育人体系,确保专业人才培养目标及知识、素质能力培养落地增实效。
Based on the curriculum group,the teaching team explored the online and offline,in class and out of class,and in school and out of school teaching implementation modes that adapt to the characteristics of talent training.Based on the training concept of"laying stress on the foundation,strengthening practice,and expanding quality",the teaching team proposed the"teachinglearning-research application"progressive education mode,and created the"knowledge chain-ability chain-quality chain"as the internal triple helix,and the"classroom-network-platform"as the middle triple helix the"enterprise-university-specialty"as a threelevel and triple helix compound talent training model of the external triple helix.It solves the coupling problem of theoretical basis practical ability comprehensive quality,and forms a diversified,multi-level,multi subject all staff,whole process and three all-around education system to ensure the implementation of professional talent training objectives and knowledge,quality and ability training to increase effectiveness.
