摘要
培育和提升大学生的政治认同是新时代高校思政工作的重要课题,课程思政作为高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措,能够对大学生政治认同产生重要影响。本研究把课程思政对大学生政治认同的影响作为主效应,将组织文化和政治认知作为链式中介效应建立研究模型。研究表明:①课程思政对大学生政治认同具有显著的正向预测作用;②组织文化在课程思政与大学生政治认同之间起部分中介作用;③政治认知在课程思政与大学生政治认同之间起部分中介作用;④组织文化与政治认知在课程思政与大学生政治认同之间可以发挥链式中介作用。本研究尝试性地打开了课程思政与大学生政治认同之间的理论黑箱,且基于研究结论提出了加强课程思政建设、提升大学生政治认同的可行性建议和对策。
In the contemporary era,the nurturing and enhancement of political identity among college students is a significant aspect of ideological and political work in higher educa tion institutions.Curriculum-based ideological and political education,a fundamental approach to fostering moral development and educating people,can profoundly influence colleges tudents’political identity.This study focuses on the impact of curriculum-based ideological and political education on students’political identity,and posits organizational culture and political cognition as mediators in this relationship.Our findings indicate that:①Curriculum ideology and politics(learning effect)significantly predicts students’political identity in a positive manner.②Organizational culture acts as a partial mediator between curriculum ideology and politics(learning effect)and students’political identity.③Similarly,political cognition partially mediates the relationship between curriculum-based ideological-political education(learning effect)and students’political identity.④Both organizational culture and political cognition can serve as sequential mediators between curriculum based ideological-political education(learning effect)and students'political identity.This research represents an initial exploration into the theoretical connection between curriculum-based ideological political construction and students'political identity.Based on our conclusions,we suggest practical measures for enhancing curriculum-based ideological-political construction to bolster students'political identity.
