稀土功能材料关键核心技术识别与竞争态势研究

Research on key core technologies identification and competitive situation of rare earth functional materials

摘要 基于incoPat专利数据库,通过构建关键核心专利的识别指标体系,筛选出高质量的关键核心专利。利用ITGInsight文本挖掘与可视化工具,基于t-SNE算法,绘制关键核心技术领域技术原创国的竞争图谱,并定量测度了各主要竞争国家在稀土功能材料以及稀土永磁材料、稀土合金材料等细分领域的技术差距。结果表明,日本和美国掌握了相当数量的关键核心专利,技术上拥有绝对优势;中国与美日欧相比,技术差距巨大,中国在某些技术领域几乎空白,关键核心技术受制于人的局面亟待改变。最后,基于定量测度结果,从加大对稀土功能材料的基础研究和应用研究的支持力度,加快建立不同层面的稀土科技及产业创新平台,加强稀土功能材料知识产权和标准体系建设等方面提出了相关建议。 Based on the IncoPat patent database,the key core patents were identified by constructing the identification index system.Using the ITGInsight text mining and visualization tool,and based on t-SNE algorithm,the competition map of technology originators in key core technology areas was drawn.In addition,The technological gaps of major competitors in rare earth functional materials,rare earth permanent magnet materials and rare earth alloy materials were quantitatively measured.The results showed that Japan and the United States hold a considerable number of key core patents and had an absolute advantage in technology.China had a huge technological gap compared with the United States,Japan and Europe,with almost no presence in certain technological areas.It was urgent to change the situation that China was under the control of others in key and core technologies.Finally,Based on quantitative measurement results,some suggestions on promoting the development of rare earth functional materials industry were put forward,including increasing the intensity of support for basic and applied research on rare earth functional materials,accelerating the establishment of scientific and industrial innovation platforms for rare earth at different levels,and strengthening the construction of intellectual property rights and standard systems for rare earth functional materials.
