热处理对Al_(2)O_(3)f/Mg-6.0Al-1.0Nd-1.0Gd复合材料压缩性能的影响

摘要 通过无压浸渗法制备Al2O3f/Mg-6.0Al-1.0Nd-1.0Gd复合材料,研究不同热处理工艺对复合材料室温及高温压缩性能的影响,分别对铸态、T4态和T6态复合材料进行压缩性能测试并对其断口进行观察分析。实验结果表明:T4和T6处理均可有效提高复合材料的压缩性能,相较T6处理,T4处理效果更佳;复合材料宏观断口主要呈准解理断裂,相对于铸态,热处理态复合材料塑性断裂特征明显,其中,T4态复合材料的失效形式主要为纤维拔出,而T6态复合材料则为纤维脱粘,二者均存在一定程度的纤维断裂。 The Al_(2)O_(3)f/Mg-6.0Al-1.0Nd-1.0Gd composites were prepared by pressure-less infiltration,and the eff ects of diff erent heat treatment processes on the compression properties of the composites at room temperature and high temperature were investigated.The experimental results indicate that both T4 and T6 treatments can effectively improve the compressive properties of the composites.Compared to T6 state,T4 state has a more significant strengthening effect.The macroscopic fracture of composite materials mainly exhibits quasi-cleavage fracture,and compared to the cast state,the plastic fracture characteristics of heat-treated composite materials are obvious.Regarding the fracture mechanism,the failure mode of T4 state composite materials is mainly fiber pull-out,while T6 state composite materials are fiber debonding,both of which have a certain degree of fiber fracture.
