摘要
目的 探讨小儿糖尿病患儿采用饮食疗法对其预后的影响。方法 选取2020年10月—2022年10月在泉州市妇幼保健院内分泌科治疗的120例小儿糖尿病患儿为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,各60例。均使用重组人胰岛素注射液皮下注射治疗,在此基础上,对照组使用家属自备饮食,观察组使用营养科配置的糖尿病膳食,对比两组的临床疗效、血糖各指标、营养指标、生长发育指标。结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、Ca^(2+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后身高、体质指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿糖尿病患儿采用饮食疗法效果显著,能有效改善机体营养状态,提高对血糖控制效果,促进生长发育,对抑制小儿肥胖及远期并发症、改善预后有重要意义。
Objective To explore the impact of dietary therapy on the prognosis of children with diabetes.Methods 120 children with diabetes who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,60 cases in each group.All patients were treated by subcutaneous injection of recombinant human insulin injection.On this basis,the control group used the family prepared diet,and the observation group used the diabetes diet prepared by the nutrition department.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indicators,nutrition indicators,and growth and development indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 78.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin,transferrin,and Ca^(2+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the height and body mass index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet therapy in children with diabetes has a significant effect,can effectively improve the nutritional status of the body,improve the effect of blood glucose control,promote growth and development,and is of great significance in inhibiting children's obesity and longterm complications and improving prognosis.
