摘要
住宅信息管理是房地部门的一项重要职能工作,是一项重要的民生工程,承载着政府在群众中的良好形象。紧密结合当前镇江房地部门的实际情况,探索了房地住宅专题库、老旧住宅区治理库、基础地理信息库的全覆盖建库,提出房地住宅信息管理平台的功能结构,面向房地住宅区提供协同高效、规范动态、图文互动的信息化技术手段,围绕住宅区管理信息可共享、可查阅、可传达的基本工作目标,实现房地住宅信息综合治理的动态管理和监测,方便管理者从市、区、街道、社区、小区、具体房屋各个层面全面掌控镇江住宅区的详细信息,为决策者制定相关政策法规提供数据支撑,从而实现住宅区的精细化管理。
Housing information management is an important function of the real estate sector,is an important livelihood project,bearing the good image of the government in the masses.This paper is closely combined with the actual situation of the current real estate sector in Zhenjiang,explores the real estate housing project,old residential area management,library of basic geographic information database for the whole building library,puts forward the function of the real estate housing information management platform structure,providing collaborative efficiency in real estate residential,standardize the dynamic graphic,interactive information technology,the surrounding residential area management information can be shared,can consult,to convey the basic work target,realize the real estate housing information,dynamic management and monitoring of comprehensive control,convenient managers from the city,district,street,community,community,concrete houses every level comprehensive control of Zhenjiang uptown detailed information,provide data support for decision-makers to formulate relevant policies and regulations,so as to realize the fine management of residential areas.
