摘要
目的探讨社区老年人的自我忽视与老化态度的现状及关系。方法采用分层便利抽样法,依照方位北、中和南区域分层选取新都区、成华区和双流区,方便抽取成都新都沱江社区、成华青龙社区和双流江安社区老年人,采用老年人自我忽视量表(Scale of the Elderly Self⁃neglect)和积极老化态度量表(Attitudes to Ageing Questionaire)进行调查。结果555人社区老年人的自我忽视总分(11.137±9.758)分,老化态度总得分(78.065±12.047)分;老年人自我忽视与积极老化态度呈负相关(r=-0.679,P<0.01),老年人自我忽视五维度医疗社会交往、情感、安全、医疗保健和卫生与心理社会丧失维度呈正相关(r=0.107、0.117、0.090、0.136、0.109,P<0.05),老年人自我忽视与心理获得和生理变化均呈负相关(r=-0.555、-0.716,P<0.01);老年人自我忽视负向预测老化态度β=-0.838,P<0.01。结论社区老年人老化态度处于中等水平,但自我忽视水平较高,二者呈负相关关系,且自我忽视可以负向预测老化态度;提示政府、社区机构和家庭应给予老年人更多的关注,针对性开展心理健康干预,促进积极老龄化社会发展。
Objective To explore prevalence and relationship between self⁃neglect and aging attitudes of older a⁃dults in communities.Methods Xindu District,Chenghua District and Shuangliu District were selected by stratified con⁃venience sampling method according to their location in Chengdu City.The Scale of the Elderly Self⁃neglect and the Attitudes to Ageing Questionnaire were used in the survey.Results The total score of self⁃neglect was(11.137±9.758)and atti⁃tudes to aging was(78.065±12.047)among the 555 older adults in the Chengdu community.There wasfound significantly negative correlation betweenself⁃neglect and attitudes to ageing(r=-0.679,P<0.01),positive correlation between the five dimensions of self⁃neglect(medical social interaction,emotion,safety,healthcare and hygiene)and psychosocial deprivation(r=0.107,0.117,0.090,0.136,0.109,P<0.05),negative correlation between self⁃neglect and psy⁃chological acquisition andphysiological changes(r=-0.555,-0.716,P<0.01).The attitudes to ageing ofthe elderly could be predicted by self⁃neglect(β=-0.838,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of ageing attitudes among the elderly in community was in the middle,but the level of self⁃neglect was high.Significant negative correlation between self⁃neglect and attitudes to ageing was discovered.The attitudes to ageing of the elderly could be predicted by self⁃neglect.It is suggest⁃edthat the government,community agencies and families should give more attention to the elderly,and mental health inter⁃ventions for older people should be given to promote an actively ageing society.
