建立有效的随访制度在提升基层产前超声畸形筛查技术中的作用 被引量:1

The role of establishing an effective follow-up system in improving prenatal ultrasound screening technology at the grassroots level

摘要 目的分析建立产前超声对胎儿可疑畸形随访制度后在提高本院产前超声技术中的作用。方法选取在本院建孕卡进行正常产检,主要对象为孕20~24^(+6)周胎儿,进行胎儿部分结构畸形筛查发现可疑畸形的胎儿登记相关的信息,包括孕妇的姓名、年龄、孕周、超声异常的描述、随访结果、超声检查医师等,随访结果以上级医院及产前诊断中心会诊及胎儿出生后确诊为最终诊断结果。结果2018年可疑畸形共254例,经过随访诊断符合率为83.46%;2019年可疑畸形共218例,经过随访诊断符合率为85.32%;2020年可疑畸形共237例,经过随访诊断符合率为88.19%;2021年可疑畸形共178例,经过随访诊断符合率为91.01%。结论建立有效的胎儿可疑畸形随访制度,并通过四年本院产前超声对部分胎儿结构畸形的筛查共887例胎儿可疑畸形追踪随访,提高基层妇产科专科医院的产前畸形筛查超声技术具有显著成效。 Objective To analyze the role of prenatal ultrasound in improving the prenatal ultrasound technology in our hospital after establishing the follow-up system for suspicious fetal malformation.Methods Pregnancy cards built in our hospital were selected for normal birth examination,and the main objects were fetuses at 20~24^(+6)weeks of gestation.The fetal structural malformation screening was carried out for fetuses with suspected malformations,and information related to the registration of fetuses was obtained,including the name,age,gestational age,description of ultrasound abnormalities,follow-up results,and ultrasound examiners,etc.The final diagnosis was made by consultation in superior hospital and prenatal diagnosis center and diagnosis after birth.Results In 2018,there were 254 suspected deformities,and the follow-up diagnosis accuracy rate was 83.46%;In 2019,there were a total of 218 suspected deformities,the follow-up diagnosis accuracy rate was 85.32%;In 2020,there were a total of 237 suspected deformities,the follow-up diagnosis accuracy rate was 88.19%;In 2021,there were a total of 178 suspected deformities,the a follow-up diagnosis accuracy rate was 91.01%.Conclusion Establish an effective follow-up system for suspected fetal malformations,and through four years of prenatal ultrasound screening of some fetal structural abnormalities in our hospital,a total of 887 cases of suspected fetal malformations were followed up.Improving the ultrasound technology for prenatal malformation screening in grassroots obstetrics and gynecology specialized hospitals has achieved significantresults.
