摘要
目的 探讨在更年期功能失调性子宫出血护理中应用针对性护理干预的效果。方法 选取154例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组77例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理干预。比较两组患者遵医依从性、心理状态及生活质量。结果 与对照组比较,观察组遵医用药、健康饮食、合理作息及按时复查依从性均更高(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,护理后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均下降,且观察组SAS评分(37.81±3.82)分、SDS评分(39.07±3.98)分均分别低于对照组的(45.52±4.46)分、(47.48±4.85)分(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组认知、躯体、角色、社会功能评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论 在更年期功能失调性子宫出血护理中应用针对性护理干预,可提高患者遵医行为并改善其心理状态,促进生活质量的提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention in nursing care of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 154 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.The compliance,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance of observation group with medical medicine,healthy diet,reasonable rest and regular review was higher(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)decreased in both groups after nursing.The SAS score(37.81±3.82)and SDS score(39.07±3.98)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(45.52±4.46)and(47.48±4.85),respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of cognition,body,role and social function in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the nursing of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve patients'compliance behavior,improve their psychological state,and promote the improvement of life quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
