摘要
透平叶片在尺寸检验、磁粉检测和装配过程中,经常会发现叶片剩磁超标的问题。利用磁粉探伤机对其进行退磁很难达到预期效果。本文对叶片剩磁产生原因进行分析,并基于磁场的矢量特征,提出了直流单向退磁的方法,对高剩磁叶片及类似工件的退磁技术具有一定的参考意义。
In the process of dimensional inspection,magnetic particle inspection and assembly of turbine blades,the problem of excessive remanence of blades is often found.It is difficult to demagnetize it with magnetic particle flaw detector.In this paper,the cause of blade remanence is analyzed,and based on the vector characteristics of the magnetic field,a DC single demagnetization method is proposed,which has certain reference significance for demagnetization technology of high remanence blades and similar workpieces.
