摘要
复杂的地形会导致风力机械变桨距受到外界因素的影响,导致自身控制效果差,为提升变桨距实时控制效果,提出了基于特征提取的大型风力机械变桨距实时控制方法。该方法分析了变桨距动力学特性及风力机组传动系统的性能,为后续控制效果提供了重要信息基础,基于分析结果提取了变桨距运行数据特征,并根据提取的特征信息,建立了变桨距角位置闭环数学控制模型,利用该模型实现变桨距的自动控制。通过对该方法进行变桨距输出功率测试及变桨距控制性能与实际结果对比测试,验证了该方法的控制效果最佳。
The complex terrain will cause the pitch of wind machinery to be affected by external factors,resulting in poor self-control effect.In order to improve the real-time control effect of pitch,a real-time control method of large-scale wind machinery based on feature extraction is proposed.This method firstly analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the pitch and the performance of the drive system of the wind turbine,which provides an important information basis for the subsequent control effect.Based on the analysis results,the characteristics of the pitch operation data are extracted.The closed-loop mathematical control model of pitch angle position is used to realize the automatic control of pitch.The experimental results show that the method has the best control effect by testing the pitch output power and comparing the pitch control performance with the actual results.
