摘要
目的:分析冠心病患者应用血清胆红素与尿酸检验的临床价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年3月大化瑶族自治县人民医院收治的冠心病患者53例为观察组,选取同期健康体检者53例为对照组。两组受检者均采集静脉血进行血清胆红素和尿酸检验,比较两组检验结果,比较不同冠状动脉狭窄程度、不同冠状动脉血管病变数量患者血清胆红素和尿酸水平。结果:观察组血清间接胆红素、直接胆红素、总胆红素水平均低于对照组,尿酸水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组、重度狭窄组、完全闭塞组患者血清胆红素和尿酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单支病变组患者血清间接胆红素、直接胆红素、总胆红素水平低于双支病变组和多支病变组,尿酸水平高于双支病变组和多支病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清胆红素和尿酸检验在判断冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度、病变分支数量方面有着重要意义,可为病情评估、治疗方案制定提供指导。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of serum bilirubin and uric acid testing in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:53 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Dahua Yao Autonomous County People's Hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 53 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Venous blood was collected from both groups of subjects for serum bilirubin and uric acid testing.Compare the test results of the two groups,and compare the serum bilirubin and uric acid levels of patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis and different numbers of coronary vascular lesions.Results:The serum indirect bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and total bilirubin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the uric acid level was higher than that of the control group;The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);There were statistically significant differences in serum bilirubin and uric acid levels among patients in the mild stenosis group,moderate stenosis group,severe stenosis group,and complete occlusion group(P<0.05);The serum indirect bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and total bilirubin levels of patients in the single-vessel disease group were lower than those of the two-vessel disease group and the multi-vessel disease group,and the uric acid levels were higher than those of the two-vessel disease group and the multi-vessel disease group;The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum bilirubin and uric acid tests are of great significance in determining the degree of coronary artery stenosis and the number of diseased branches in patients with coronary heart disease,and can provide guidance for disease assessment and treatment plan formulation.
