浩吉铁路风沙路基基床动力稳定性评价分析

摘要 内蒙古自治区范围内的蒙西华中铁路部分标段穿越毛乌素沙漠,地表广泛分布有细砂,但优质填料匮乏。利用风积沙进行物理改良,作为基床底层和路堤填料,将大量节约工程投资,且缩短施工周期。但采用风积沙进行物理改良作为基床底层填料时,能否适应列车动荷载的作用,其动力稳定性还需进行评价。选取典型试验工点,采用高速液压夯机作为加载设备,以动变形等效为原则确定加载板的尺寸,完成现场原位振动试验。结果表明:风积沙物理改良填料填筑的基床动变形小于1 mm,动力稳定性复合规范要求。 Some sections of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway within the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region pass through the Mu Us Desert,with fine sand widely distributed on the earth’s surface,but lack of high-quality fillers.The use of aeolian sand for physical improvement,as the subgrade bed and embankment filler,will save a lot of engineering investment and shorten the construction period.However,when using aeolian sand for physical improvement as the bottom filler of the bed,whether it can adapt to the dynamic load of the train or not,its dynamic stability needs to be evaluated.A typical test site was selected,a high-speed hydraulic tamping machine was used as the loading equipment,and the size of the loading plate was determined based on the principle of equivalent dynamic deformation to complete the in-situ vibration test on site.The test data shows that the dynamic deformation of the foundation bed filled with aeolian sand physical improvement filler is less than 1mm,which is required by the dynamic stability composite code.
