摘要
为拓宽硅藻土改性沥青的应用范围,制备3.0%、6.0%、9.0%、12.0%、15.0%质量分数的硅藻土改性沥青,通过沥青胶结料常规性能试验确定了硅藻土的最佳掺量;以间断级配为载体,通过外掺法在硅藻土改性沥青混合料中添加外掺剂,基于正交试验得到了硅藻土改性沥青混合料的成型工艺,并开展路用性能检测。研究结果表明:硅藻土掺量为9.0%时,可使针入度、软化点、10℃延度等综合性能最优;硅藻土改性沥青混合料的最佳成型工艺为油石比6.0%,外掺剂掺量为1.0‰,成型温度为180℃,焖料的时间为30分钟,稳定性提升7.3%,黏结性能提升23.5%。
In order to broaden the application range of diatomaceous earth modified asphalt,diatomaceous earth modified asphalt with mass fractions of 3.0%,6.0%,9.0%,12.0%,and 15.0%was prepared.The optimal dosage of diatomaceous earth was determined through routine performance tests of asphalt binder,and an additive was added to the diatomaceous earth modified asphalt mixture using intermittent grading as the carrier through external mixing method.Based on orthogonal experiments,the forming process of diatomaceous earth modified asphalt mixture was obtained,and road performance testing was carried out.The research results show that when the content of diatomaceous earth is 9.0%,the comprehensive properties such as penetration,softening point,and 10℃ductility can be optimized.The optimal molding process for diatomaceous earth modified asphalt mixture is an oil-stone ratio of 6.0%,an admixture content of 1.0‰,a molding temperature of 180℃,and a soaking time of 30 minutes,improved by 7.3%in stability and 23.5%in bonding performance.
