摘要
针对土木水利专业人才培养难以满足核电站建设的内在需求情况,以核设施建设安全发展为创新驱动力,遵循交叉学科创新型人才成长规律为主线,提出基础理论课、交叉融合课、能力拓展课和校企共建课“四位一体”的课程新模式,形成核电站建设新方向知识体系。开展双导师制与企业开展深入合作,共建研究设计、施工管理和防灾减灾安全等创新实践平台,提供专业硕士工程实践的新模式。课程体系构建和工程实践平台创新为专业硕士提供了新的人才培养模式。
Civil engineering and hydraulic conservancy graduate training is difficult to meet the needs of nuclear power plant construction.Taking the safety development of nuclear facility construction as the driving force of innovation and following the law of growth of innovative talents in cross-discipline,a new model of four-in-one curriculum of basic theory course,cross-integration course,ability development course and school-enterprise co-construction course was proposed to form a new direction knowledge system of nuclear power plant construction.Through the dual mentorship system and in-depth cooperation with enterprises,innovative practice platforms for research and design,construction management and disaster prevention and mitigation safety were built,providing a new mode of professional master’s engineering practice.The curriculum system construction and engineering practice platform innovation provide a new talent cultivation mode for the new direction of professional master.
