摘要 面对约束条件多、边界条件复杂的施工环境,在复杂互通式立交的设计和施工管理中应用BIM技术能充分发挥其优势,助力实现精细化施工组织管理的目标。通过应用基于Revit软件平台的快速建模插件,可有效克服BIM在线性工程应用中的瓶颈,提升BIM模型创建工作效率,降低使用成本。BIM+GIS模型的综合应用已在增天高速金田隆枢纽互通前期建设中取得良好效果,在开展便道规划设计、图纸复核、现场调查及结构碰撞检查、管线迁改调查、施工场地规划、施组及方案优化等方面发挥重要作用,为工程建设提供指导性建议。通过开发基于BIM的智慧工地指挥平台,并结合物联网、AR技术等综合应用不断完善其功能,加强对质量、安全、进度的全面管控,推动高速公路建设“数字孪生”应用目标,为类似工程项目管理提供解决方案。 Facing the construction environment with many constraints and complex boundary conditions,the application of BIM technology in the design and construction management of complex interchange can give full play to its advantages and help achieve the goal of refined construction organization and management.By applying rapid modeling plugins based on Revit platform,the bottleneck of BIM applications in linear engineering can be effectively overcome,the efficiency of model creation can be improved,and the cost of use can be reduced.The comprehensive application of BIM+GIS model has achieved good results in the preliminary construction of Jintianlong Hub Interchange on Zengtian Expressway and played an important role in carrying out access road planning and design,drawing review,on-site investigation and structural collision inspection,pipeline relocation survey,construction site planning,construction organization and program optimization,etc.,which not only provides guidance and suggestions for engineering construction but also helps to systematically connect the chain of conditions faced in complex interchange construction.Through the planning and development of BIM based smart construction site command platform,and combining it with the Internet of Things,AR technology and other comprehensive applications,we are committed to constantly improving its functions and strengthening comprehensive control over quality,security,and progression,so as to promote the application goal of“digital twin”in expressway construction and provide solutions for similar engineering project management.
