摘要
在海洋石油工程建设领域中,作业环境与作业内容较为复杂,承包商的作业支持能力在完整的工程建设中不可或缺。而承包商自身的管理方法和制度往往存在与业主方体系兼容性不高、关键系统文件桥接困难等问题,导致作业安全与质量安全受到影响。因此,业主在承包商进行作业前就提前介入承包商工程建设的管理事务,形成双方管理体系的交互界面,为在实际应用中提供管理方法支持,从而为后续的具体合作作业创下良好基础,具有积极的意义。
In the field of offshore oil engineering construction,the operating environment and content are relatively complex,and the contractor's operational support ability is indispensable in the complete engineering construction.However,the contractor's own management methods and systems often have issues such as low compatibility with the owner's system and difficulty in bridging key system files,resulting in the impact on work safety and quality safety.Therefore,the owner should intervene in the management affairs of the contractor's engineering construction in advance before the contractor carries out the operation,forming an interactive interface between the management systems of both parties,providing management method support in practical applications,and thus laying a good foundation for subsequent specific cooperative operations,which has a positive significance.
