摘要
2022年,北京冬奥会为北京及张家口社会经济发展提供了前所未有的发展机遇,借助冬奥会的东风,大力发展当地旅游经济是推动社会发展的重要途径。本文以河北张家口为例,通过旅游政策构建旅游政策框架体系,结合奥运会历史从综合效益、直接效益和间接效益、经济动态发展和发展要素五方面分析后认为其具备发展奥运旅游经济的可行性及关键要素。最后根据旅游经济政策框架,从总体、筹备期、奥运期和结束期,构建了奥运旅游经济发展模式,以期为未来城市发展奥运旅游经济提供参考借鉴。
The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics provides unprecedented development opportunities for the social and economic development of Beijing and Zhangjiakou,and with the Winter Olympics,vigorously developing the local tourism economy is an important way to promote social development.This paper takes Zhangjiakou of Hebei as an example,constructs a tourism policy framework system through tourism policies,combines the Olympic history from the five aspects of the comprehensive benefits,direct and indirect benefits,economic dynamic development and the development of the elements,and it is believed that it has the feasibility of the development of the Olympic tourism economy and the key elements.Finally,according to the tourism economic policy framework,from the overall,preparatory period,the Olympic period and the end of the period,the Olympic tourism economic development model,for the future development of the Olympic tourism economy in the city,provides reference to learn from.
