摘要
对S省三所高校的420名准教师的评估素养进行调查,结果发现:准教师对评估的重要性认识与评估的实践性行为相对脱节;阅读教育评估类书籍背景显著影响准教师的评估素养;准教师评估知识掌握不全面,职前培养阶段缺乏评估素养类课程;教学实习与实践未做到全面覆盖,阻碍准教师评估理论到评估技能的转化。针对以上问题,建议深化准教师的评估素养研究,以专业研究成果,促进自主学习评估素养渠道多元化;准教师培养环节,开设专门、系统的评估素养类课程;拓宽实习渠道、增加准教师教学实习实践机会,提升评估技能;开展在职教师评估素养培训,形成评估素养养成的良性循环;增强跨角色的协同合作,形成准教师评估素养培育合力。
The assessment literacy of 420 prospective teachers from three colleges and universities in S Province was investigated.The results showed that:prospective teachers'understanding of the importance of evaluation was disconnected from the practical behavior of evaluation.The background of reading educational assessment books significantly affects the assessment literacy of prospective teachers;the assessment knowledge of prospective teachers is not comprehensive,and the pre-service training stage lacks assessment literacy courses;teaching internships and practice are not fully covered,which hinders the transition from assessment theory to assessment skills of prospective teachers.In view of the above problems,it is suggested to deepen the evaluation literacy research of prospective teachers,and promote the diversification of evaluation literacy channels of independent learning with professional research results.From the perspective of teachers'training segment,set up special,systematic assessment of literacy courses;broaden the practice channels,increase the teaching practice opportunities for prospective teachers,improve the assessment skills;carry out in-service teacher evaluation literacy training to form a virtuous cycle of evaluation literacy;enhance cross-role cooperation to form the resultant force of prospective teachers'assessment literacy cultivation.
