摘要
目的 对比奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂(Ⅱ)四联疗法与雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性患者的临床效果。方法 88例Hp阳性患者随机分为两组,对照组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片+阿莫西林片+克拉霉素片+枸橼酸铋钾颗粒治疗,研究组给予奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂(Ⅱ)+阿莫西林片+克拉霉素片+枸橼酸铋钾颗粒治疗,比较两组的Hp根除率、抑酸效应及炎性因子水平。结果 治疗后,研究组的Hp根除率高于对照组,胃内24 h平均pH值高于对照组,抑酸起效时间短于对照组,抑酸持续时间长于对照组,血清IL-6、 CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片四联疗法相比,奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂(Ⅱ)四联疗法对Hp的根除效果更佳,可更好地发挥抑酸效应,降低患者炎性因子水平。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of quadruple therapy of omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate for suspension(Ⅱ)and quadruple therapy of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive patients.Methods 88 Hp-positive patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium entericcoated tablets+amoxicillin tablets+clarithromycin tablets+bismuth potassium citrate granules,while the study group was treated with omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate for suspension(Ⅱ)+amoxicillin tablets+clarithromycin tablets+bismuth potassium citrate granules.The Hp eradication rate,acid suppression effect and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Hp eradication rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the average pH value of 24 h in the stomach was higher than that of the control group,the onset time of acid suppression was shorter than that of the control group,the duration of acid suppression was longer than that of the control group,and the levels of serum IL-6 and CRP were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the quadruple therapy of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,quadruple therapy of omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate for suspension(Ⅱ)has better Hp eradication effect,which can better exert the acid suppression effect and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors of patients.
