摘要
汽车工业是我国国民经济发展的支柱性产业之一。随着我国汽车报废数量的增加,废旧汽车中废旧塑料的处理也成为我国改善自然环境的一大举措。文章从低碳经济角度出发,研究我国废旧汽车塑料的再生利用问题。概括了我国汽车行业塑料的回收系统现状以及未来废旧塑料回收利用的发展前景;梳理了不同车用塑料的主要应用场景,并相应地总结典型材质塑料回收利用的技术手段;提供了废旧汽车塑料回收利用的管理对策。
The automobile industry is one of the pillar industries for the development of the national economy in China.With the increasing number of end-of-life vehicles in China,the treatment of waste plastics from those vehicles has become a major challenge in improving the natural environment.From the perspective of low-carbon economy,this paper discusses the recycling of plastics from end-of-life vehicles in China.First,it introduces the current situation of plastic recycling systems in China's automotive industry and the development prospects of waste plastic recycling in the future,and highlights the important significance of the research topic.Then,it sorts out the main application scenarios of different automobile plastics,and summarized the corresponding technical means for recycling typical plastic materials.Finally,it puts forward management strategies for the recycling and utilization of plastics from end-of-life vehicles.
