摘要
韧性已成为指挥信息系统研究的热点方向。文中基于攻击事件下指挥信息系统功能水平曲线定义其韧性水平,提出包含指挥信息系统结构、功能水平、攻击以及恢复模型的指挥信息系统韧性定量评估框架,建立包含感知、指控、武器、通信等子系统的指挥信息系统模型,并以遭敌精确打击为例,通过蒙特卡洛方法开展指挥信息系统韧性评估。仿真结果表明,该韧性评估框架和方法准确有效,可为指挥信息系统韧性评估与增强提供支持。
Resilience has become a hot research direction in Command Information Systems.Based on the functional level curve of the Command Information System under attack events,its resilience level is defined,a quantitative assessment framework of the resilience of the Command Information System including the structure,functional level,attack and recovery models is proposed,and a Command Information System model including perception,command and control,weapons,communications and other subsystems is established.Taking the accurate attack of the enemy as an example,the resilience assessment of the Command Information System is carried out through the Monte Carlo method.The simulation results show that the resilience assessment framework and method are accurate and effective,and can provide support for the resilience assessment and enhancement of Command Information Systems.
