摘要
山西省是典型的水资源禀赋不足省份,随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对水资源数量和质量的需求越来越高,加之水资源浪费及水污染严重,水资源供给与需求之间的矛盾已成为制约山西省国民经济发展的“瓶颈”。本文以2020年为基准年,对2025年和2035年山西水资源供需水量进行了预测,进行优化水资源配置,研究成果可为本区经济社会可持续发展提供用水指导。结果表明:全省2025年配置水量85.0亿m^(3),满足需水要求;2035年需配置水量108.7亿m^(3),缺水15.0亿m^(3),万家寨引黄工程、中部引黄及碛口水利枢纽工程和古贤枢纽水利工程增标可满足。
Shanxi Province is a typical water resources insufficiency provinces,and with the economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards,people more and more high demand for quantity and quality of water resources,coupled with water resources waste and serious water pollution,the contradiction between water resources supply and demand has become a“bottleneck”restricting the development of national economy in Shanxi Province.Taking 2020 as the base year,this paper predicts the supply and demand of water resources in Shanxi in 2025 and 2035,optimizes the allocation of water resources,and provides water use guidance for the sustainable economic and social development of the region.The results show that the province will allocate 8.50 billion m^(3) of water in 2025,which can meet the requirement of water demand.In 2035,10.87 billion m^(3) of water needs to be allocated,and the water shortage is 1.50 billion m^(3).The Wanjiazhai Yellow River diversion project,the central Yellow River diversion project and Qikou water conservancy project,and the Guxian Pivot water conservancy project increase standard can meet.
