绿光发射NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))3:Eu_(2+)荧光粉的制备及光致发光性能研究

摘要 以高温固相合成法制备Eu^(2+)掺杂NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))3:x Eu^(2+)(NZPO:x Eu^(2+))荧光粉,通过XRD(X射线衍射)、PL(光致发光光谱)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、荧光寿命等表征手段,对合成样品的物相、结构和发光性能进行研究。结果表明,NZPO:x Eu^(2+)的晶体结构属于三方晶系,空间群为R-3 c(167),在400 nm近紫外激发下,得到发射峰为500 nm的绿光发射。Eu^(2+)的最佳掺杂浓度为0.04,NZPO:0.04Eu^(2+)发射谱对应的CIE色坐标为(0.236,0.508),色纯度为33.7%,表明NZPO:x Eu^(2+)荧光粉可作为白光LED的潜在绿光发射材料。 The green phosphor of NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))3:x Eu^(2+)(NZPO:x Eu^(2+))was prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.the phase structure and luminescent properties of the samples were characterized by XRD(X-ray diffraction),SEM(scanning electron microscope),PL(photoluminescence spectra)and fluorescent lifetime.It is shown that the crystal structure of NZPO:x Eu^(2+)belongs to the trigonal crystal system with the space group R-3 c(167).Green light emits from NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))3:x Eu^(2+)phosphors under the excitation spectrum of 400 nm and its emission peak location at 500 nm.When the doping amount of Eu^(2+)is 0.04,the luminescence intensity of NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))3:x Eu^(2+)phosphor reaches the maximum value.Its CIE color coordinate is(0.236,0.508)and color purity is 33.7%.It shows that NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))3:x Eu^(2+)phosphor is a potential green emitting material for white LED.
