摘要
新铺水泥混凝土路面的养生是保障其耐久性以及7~28d强度的重要一环。依照某公路水泥混凝土路面实际情况,在纯自然条件下以绝对水汽密度这一控制指标对比不同养生方式下的混凝土内部湿度,并对下雨时各养生方式下混凝土内部湿度变化进行简要分析。实验结果表明:养生7d内,不论晴天还是下雨天,传统土工布+塑料薄膜保湿性能均最佳,保水养生膜效果次之,在某种程度上可局部替代土工布+塑料薄膜。对其养生7d抗折强度进行对比后发现,抗折强度差异性不大,一般均满足要求。
The maintenance of new cement concrete pavement is an important part of ensuring its durability and 7-28d strength.Based on the actual situation of the cement concrete pavement on a highway,the internal humidity of concrete under different maintenance methods is compared under pure natural conditions using the control index of absolute water vapor density,and the brief analysis is conducted on the changes in internal humidity of concrete under different maintenance methods in rainy days.The experimental results show that:within 7 days of maintenance,whether it is sunny or rainy,traditional geotextile+plastic film has the best moisturizing performance,followed by water retention and maintenance film,which can partially replace geotextile+plastic film to some extent.After comparing the flexural strength of 7d maintenance,it is found that the difference in flexural strength is not significant and generally meets the requirements.
