摘要
为在缺少专业测量仪器的情况下,定量检测出气动执行机构密封试验的泄漏率,提出一种基于理想气体状态方程的气密性定量检测方法。该方法利用理想气体状态方程和已知的允许最大泄漏率,推导出气动执行机构在气密性试验一定保压时间内的最大允许压降。通过测量气密性试验保压前后的压降,可判断气动执行机构气密性试验是否满足最大泄漏率的要求。
In order to quantitatively detect the leakage rate of the pneumatic actuator in the leakage test when lacking of professional measuring instrument.A quantitative test method of leakage test based on equation of state for ideal gas is proposed.This method uses the ideal gas state equation and the known maximum allowable leakage rate to derive the maximum allowable pressure drop of the pneumatic actuator in a certain holding time of the leakage test.By measuring the pressure drop before and after the leakage test,it can be judged whether the tightness of the pneumatic actuator meets the requirements of the maximum leakage rate.
