摘要
为了解决露天矿煤层爆破所带来的末煤率高的问题,提高矿山的经济效益,研究了采用不耦合装药代替连续装药结构;通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件构建了不耦合系数为1.0、1.2、1.4、1.6、1.8这5个模型进行分析。结果表明:随着不耦合系数的增大,炮孔底部压应力逐渐减小,且减小的速率呈现先增大,后减小,再增大的趋势;采用不耦合装药方法,可解决煤层爆破过度破坏的问题。
In order to solve the problem of high final coal rate caused by coal seam blasting and improve the economic benefit of mine,the article studies the use of decoupled charge instead of continuous charge structure,constructs five models with decoupling coefficients of 1.0,1.2,1.4,1.6 and 1.8 by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software for analysis.The results show that with the increase of the uncoupling coefficient,the compressive stress at the bottom of the hole gradually decreases,and the decreasing rate first increases,then decreases and then increases.The problem of excessive damage during coal seam blasting is solved using decoupling charge.
