摘要
核电厂后备盘(BUP)作为计算机化工作站失效的后备手段,通常采用常规设备形式。这存在电缆规模庞大,和实体隔离、主控制室孔洞密封以及维护等工作执行困难的问题。为此,提出了基于数字化技术的核电厂BUP设计方法。在保持BUP功能定位不变、满足标准法规要求的前提下,采用数字化技术对仪控系统结构进行优化。利用控制器的第二独立网络交换BUP相关数据,将主控制室内BUP监控终端与计算机化工作站监控终端合二为一,既保留BUP的监控功能,又减少主控制室内BUP的实体硬件设备。该方法不仅优化了仪控系统结构、减少了电缆数量,还缩减了主控制室的面积,提升了核电厂的经济性。同时,操纵员在退防时也更加便利,避免了操纵员对两套系统的认知差异,更加有利于机组的稳定运行。
Nuclear power plant back up panels(BUP),which serve as a means of backup in the event of a computerized workstation failure,is usually in the form of conventional equipment.This suffers from the problems of large size of the cables,as well as the difficulty of performing tasks such as physical isolation,sealing of holes in the main control room,and maintenance.For this,a nuclear power plants BUP design methodology based on digital technology is proposed.Digital technology is used to optimize the structure of the instrumentation and control system while keeping the functional positioning of the BUP unchanged and meeting the standard regulatory requirements.The second independent network of the controller is used to exchange BUP⁃related data,and the BUP monitoring terminal in the main control room and the monitoring terminal of the computerized workstation are combined into one,which not only retains the monitoring function of the BUP,but also reduces the physical hardware equipment of the BUP in the main control room.This methodology not only optimizes the structure of the instrumentation and control system and reduces the number of cables,but also reduces the area of the main control room and improves the economy of the nuclear power plant.At the same time,it is more convenient for the operator to check out,avoiding the difference in the operator’s perception of the two systems,which is more conducive to the stable operation of the unit.
