超声辅助堆焊304不锈钢的工艺优化

摘要 为了提高焊接接头的质量及性能,采用超声辅助焊接工艺在304不锈钢表面堆焊过程中引入超声波,同时采用焊接电流、焊接速度和超声功率三个参数进行正交试验,对焊缝成形系数和焊缝中心区域的平均显微硬度进行分析,从而优化超声辅助焊接工艺。结果表明,超声辅助焊接的最佳工艺参数为:焊接速度7 mm/s、焊接电流140 A、超声功率1 800 W。结合已经获取的最佳焊接工艺参数,通过显微组织观察探究超声波对显微组织的影响,结果发现,在超声波作用下,粗大柱状晶转变为等轴晶,焊缝区域内晶粒明显细化,由此提高了304不锈钢的力学性能。 In order to improve the quality and performance of welded joints,ultrasonic assisted welding technology is used to introduce ultrasonics into 304 stainless steel surface surfacing.Orthogonal experiments are conducted using three parameters:welding current,welding speed,and ultrasonic power.The forming coefficient of weld seam and the average microhardness of the weld center area are analyzed to optimize the ultrasonic assisted welding process.The results show that the optimal process parameters for ultrasonic assisted welding are welding speed 7 mm/s,welding current 140 A,and ultrasonic power 1800 W.Based on the best welding process parameters obtained,the effect of ultrasound on microstructure was explored through microstructure analysis.The results showed that under ultrasonics,coarse columnar crystals transformed into equiaxed grains,and the grains in the weld area were significantly refined,thereby improving the mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel.
