摘要
围绕民用飞机垂尾盒段肋组件的成型技术开展研究,从肋本体厚度调控、肋本体表面质量提升、肋组件二次胶接质量控制等方面进行探索,制定零件的制造工艺流程。经过多次零件稳定生产制造验证,通过采用上述工艺成型的零件表面质量好,厚度控制效果显著,且零件外形尺寸符合设计要求,内部无缺陷,为同类型飞机肋零件制造提供技术支持。
The forming technology of vertical tail box section rib for civil aircraft was studied.The thickness regulate and control,surface quality improvement of rib body,and secondary bonding quality control of rib assembly and other aspects were explored,and the manufacturing process of the part was formulated.After several stable production and manufacturing verification,the parts moulded by using the process had good surface quality,and the thickness control effect was re⁃markable.The dimensions of the part met the design requirements,and there were no internal de⁃fects.The above research results provided technical support for the manufacturing of the same type of aircraft rib parts.
