摘要
针对某多用途车(Multi-Purpose Vehicle,MPV)发动机所驱动负载的需要,为其重新设计了附件驱动系统,并开发了用于驱动转向泵和压缩机的附件皮带。在开发过程中,对皮带进行了静态和动态仿真计算,计算结果表明,轮系的皮带包角、皮带抖动和滑移率均满足设计要求。对皮带进行了近1000h的台架试验,皮带未出现任何异常,满足试验要求。为了验证皮带在整车上的运转效果,进行了总试验里程达4000km以上的整车耐久搭载验证试验。试验过程中,皮带未出现任何异常。试验结束后,皮带相关参数均符合规定特性,满足整车耐久试验考核需求。
In response to the load requirements of an engine driving a Multi-Purpose Vehicle(MPV),the engine's accessory drive system was redesigned,and accessory belts were developed to drive the power steering pump and compressor.During the development process,static and dynamic simulation calculations were conducted on the belts,and the results indicated that the belt wrap angle,belt flutter,and slip rate all met design requirements.Nearly 1000 hours of bench testing were performed on the belts,and no abnormalities were observed,meeting the test requirements.To validate the performance of the belts in the complete vehicle,a durability load-carrying test was conducted,covering a total test mileage of over 4000 kilometers.Throughout the testing process,the belts exhibited no abnormalities.After the tests concluded,the belt-related parameters all complied with specified characteristics,meeting the requirements of the vehicle durability test.
