摘要
为能有效地筛选出高排放柴油车并促进提前淘汰,基于GB3847-2018中规定的柴油车加载减速法排放限值及测量方法,利用光吸收系数与累积频率关系,应用关联规则数据挖掘方法,对绵阳市2021年柴油车排放检测数据分析,研究表明,现行排放限值筛选出的不合格柴油车比例仅为3.7384%,若将100%VelMaxHP点和80%VelMaxHP点的光吸收系数限值由1.2m^(-1)调整为0.7m^(-1),可筛选不合格柴油车比例为17.2253%,柴油黄标车和老旧柴油车的不合格比例分别为27.7117%和26.9423%,限值调整后能有效地筛选出高排放柴油车,有助于提前淘汰,减少氮氧化物和颗粒物的排放,推动环境空气质量持续改善,为绵阳市柴油车大气污染物排放治理提供科学参考。
In order to effectively screen diesel vehicles with high emissions and promote early elimination,based on the limits and measurement methods for emissions from diesel vehicles under lugdown cycle in GB3847-2018,the relationship between light absorption coefficient and cumulative frequency and the association rule data mining method were used to analyze the emission detection data of diesel vehicles in Mianyang City in 2021.The results showed that,the proportion of screened unqualified diesel vehicles by existing emission limits was only 3.7384%,if adjust the light absorption coefficient limits of 100%VelMaxHP points and 80%VelMaxHP points from 1.2m^(-1)to 0.7m^(-1),the proportion of unqualified diesel vehicles could reach 17.2253%,the unqualified rate of diesel yellow label vehicles and old diesel vehicles were 27.7117%and 26.9423%,respectively.After adjustment of the limit value,Diesel vehicles with high emissions could be screened out more effectively,which would be helpful for early elimination,reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter,promote the continuous improvement of ambient air quality,and provide scientific reference for the air pollutant emission control from diesel vehicles in Mianyang city.
