摘要
国民幸福指数是衡量一个国家人民福祉的重要指标,涵盖了经济、社会、环境和心理多个领域。本文通过综合考虑这些领域的指标和因素,建立了一个多维度的国民幸福指数体系,并基于该指标体系建立空间计量模型,从多角度对影响国民幸福满意度的因素进行分析,并得出以下结论:第一,国民幸福指数在2013—2021年波动较大,且近两年呈下降趋势;第二,国民幸福指数具有正向的空间自相关性,即本地区国民幸福满意度的提高可以带动邻接地区国民幸福满意度的提高;第三,第三产业增加值及城镇基本医疗保险年末参保人数对国民幸福满意度具有显著的正向影响;第四,第三产业增加值对国民幸福满意度的直接效应、间接效应都显著为正,且回归系数较高。根据研究结论,本文提出以下建议:第一,促进区域发展均衡;第二,促进第三产业发展;第三,加强社会福利保障;第四,保护环境和改善生态;第五,促进区域间合作与交流,以供参考。
The national happiness index is an important indicator of the well-being of a country’s people,covering a wide range of economic,social,environmental and psychological domains.This paper establishes a multidimensional national happiness index system by comprehensively considering the indicators and factors in these fields,and establishes a spatial econometric model based on this index system to analyze the factors affecting national happiness and satisfaction from multiple perspectives,and draws the following conclusions.First,the national happiness index fluctuates greatly from 2013 to 2021 and shows a decreasing trend in the past two years.Second,the national happiness index has positive spatial autocorrelation,that is,the improvement of national happiness satisfaction in the region can lead to the improvement of national happiness satisfaction in the neighboring regions.Third,the added value of the tertiary industry and the number of urban basic medical insurance participants at the end of the year have a significantly positive influence on national happiness satisfaction.Fourth,the direct and indirect effects of value added of the tertiary industry on national happiness satisfaction are significantly positive,and the regression coefficient is high.Based on the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:promoting balanced regional development,boosting the development of the tertiary industry,strengthening social welfare protection,protecting the environment improving the ecology,and promoting inter-regional cooperation and exchanges,for reference.
