摘要
地下式污水处理厂能够较好地解决用地邻避效应、提升周边环境品质和土地利用价值等,特别适用于周边环境较为敏感的城市核心区域。为进一步掌握地下式污水处理厂用地现状与节地因素,以国内140余座地下式污水处理厂为调研对象,分析了地下式污水处理厂单位规模用地面积的分布状况,对比了设施规模、处理工艺和排放标准等对地下厂用地面积的影响,进一步给出了不同规模下地下式污水处理厂单位规模用地面积的参考范围,为地下式污水处理设施合理、集约利用地下空间提供数据支撑。
Underground sewage treatment plants can solve many problems such as"not-in-my-backyard",enhancing surrounding environmental quality and land use value,and are especially suitable for core urban areas with sensitive surrounding environment.In order to further under-stand the status of land use and land saving factors,this paper takes more than 140 underground sewage treatment plants nationwide as research objects,analyses the distribution of land area per unit scale of underground sewage treatment plants,and compares the impact of different facilities scale,treatment processes and discharge standards on land area of underground sewage treatment plants.It provides support for scientific planning and intensive use of underground space required for sewage treatment facilities.
