摘要
某深加工企业在对弹簧钢热轧盘条进行矫直时发生断裂现象。对断口形貌进行观察,结合金相组织、脱碳、硬度均匀性等检验结果,进行综合分析,确认并非材料原因导致断裂。对矫直设备参数进行检查,发现由于夹送辊压力值设置不当,发生挤压变形,造成弹簧钢矫直过程中局部应力过大,进而引发断裂。通过调整夹送辊压力值,消除弹簧钢矫直时断裂现象。
When a deep processing enterprise straightening the hot rolled wire rod of the spring steel,the spring steel fractured.The fracture morphology was observed,and the test results such as metallographic structure,decarburization,hardness uniformity and other were comprehensively analyzed to confirm that the fracture was not caused by material.The parameter of the straightening equipment was inspected,and it was found that due to improper setting of the pressure value of the clamping roller,extrusion deformation occurred,resulting in excessive local stress during the straightening process of the spring steel,which in turn caused fracture.By adjusting the pressure value of the clamping roller,the fracture phenomenon of the spring steel when being straightened was eliminated.
