摘要
通过对X80管线钢焊接接头热影响区(HAZ)进行裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验,研究了X80管线钢在HAZ的断裂韧性。结果表明,X80焊接接头HAZ主要由板条贝氏体(LB)、粒状贝氏体(GB)和马氏体/奥氏体(M/A)等组成,其中LB∶GB为3∶1。试验钢HAZ在-10和-30℃温度下的夏比冲击功分别为210和136 J,表现出优良的冲击韧性。此外,试验钢在HAZ在-10℃下的平均CTOD特征值δ_(m)为0.952 mm,而在-30℃下的平均CTOD特征值δ_(m)为0.437 mm。随着试验温度的降低,HAZ的断裂韧性逐渐降低。断口表面上的韧窝为撕裂伸长型韧窝,呈椭圆或半椭圆状。HAZ中存在微米级的Mo和Ti的球形夹杂物导致断裂韧性降低。
The fracture toughness of the X80 pipeline steel in heat affected zone(HAZ)was studied by the crack tip opening displacement(CTOD)test on the X80 pipeline steel welded joints in HAZ.The results show that the HAZ of X80 welded joint is mainly composed of lath bainite(LB),granular bainite(GB)and martensite/austenite(M/A)constituents,the proportion of LB∶GB is 3∶1.The Charpy impact energy of the test steel in HAZ at-10 and-30℃is 210 and 136 J,respectively,which shows excellent impact toughness.In addition,the average CTOD characteristic valueδ_(m) of the test steel in HAZ at-10℃is 0.952 mm,and the average CTOD characteristic valueδ_(m) at-30℃is 0.437 mm.As the test temperature decreases,the fracture toughness of the HAZ gradually decreases.The dimples on the fracture surface are tear elongated dimples,either elliptical or semi-elliptical.The presence of Mo and Ti spherical inclusions in HAZ reduces fracture toughness.
