摘要
在黄河流域文旅融合高质量发展战略中,以数字技术驱动为前提的高质量发展是实现黄河流域文旅融合创造性转化和创新性发展的必然选择。黄河流域文旅融合应以特色文化资源挖掘为核心,从民众需求出发,借助数字技术手段讲好“黄河故事”,在有效实现文化认同和民族自信的同时,全面深化资源配置改革,跨界构建多元化服务体系,助推文化遗产的“活化”“优化”和“强化”,以期探索出一条“文化+科技+旅游”交叉融合的高质量发展有效路径。
In the high-quality development strategy of culture and tourism integration in the Yellow River basin,high-quality development driven by digital technology is the inevitable choice to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of culture and tourism integration in the Yellow River basin.The culture and tourism integration of the Yellow River should focus on the excavation of distinctive cultural resources,start from the need of the people,and use the digital technology to tell“Yellow River story”well.While effectively realizing the cultural identity and national confidence,it is necessary to comprehensively deepen the reform of resource allocation,build a trans-boundary and diversified service system,and promote the“activation”,“optimization”,and“strengthening”of cultural heritage,so as to explore an effective path for the high-quality development with the cross-integration of“culture+technology+tourism”.
