摘要
为降低海上后勤保障及远洋供应链负担,分析3D打印技术装船进行再制造与实时维修以减少携带备品备件的可行性。对3D打印在增材制造领域的优势、国内外3D打印装船的应用现状以及存在的瓶颈问题等进行分析,提出以现有3D打印技术在船舶上进行再制造和实时维修的7个可能应用场景,可为3D打印技术装船应用提供指引,以推动船舶向现代智能制造转型升级。
To reduce the burden of ocean logistics and ocean supply chain,the feasibility of 3D printing technology for ship remanufacturing and real-time maintenance to reduce carrying spare parts is analyzed to reduce the carrying of spare parts.The advantages of 3D printing in the field of additive manufacturing,the application of 3D printing onboard the ship at home and abroad,and the existing bottleneck problems are analyzed,and seven possible application scenarios of 3D printing technology for remanufacturing and real-time maintenance are proposed to provide guidance for the application of 3D printing technology on ships,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of ships to modern intelligent manufacturing.
