转运点诱导气流与粉尘扩散规律的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on Air Flow Induced by Transport Point and Dust Diffusion

摘要 为解决煤料装载扬尘问题,以煤料转运点为研究对象,使用FLUENT数值模拟软件研究转运点诱导气流运移及粉尘扩散规律,分析下料量、下料高差、溜槽倾角、皮带速度等因素对诱导气流和扬尘浓度影响。分析结果表明:下料量和下料高差是影响诱导气流和扬尘的主要因素,同一工况下诱导气流速度随下料量增加而增大,其诱导气流与下料量三次方线性相关;导料槽内诱导气流速度与导料槽外粉尘浓度随下落高差增大均增大,其诱导气流速度与高度呈现幂指数关系,指数约为2.6。 In order to solve the problems of dust loading of coal,taking the coal transport point as the research object,the Fluent numerical simulation software is used to study the induced air flow and dust diffusion rule of the transport point,and the influence of feed volume,feed height difference,chute inclination Angle,belt speed and other factors on induced air flow and dust concentration is analyzed.The result shows the amount of feed and the difference of feed height are the main factors affecting the induced airflow and dust.Under the same condition,the induced airflow velocity increases with the increase of feed,and the induced airflow is linearly related to the cubic power of feed.The induced airflow velocity in the guide trough and the dust concentration outside the guide trough both increase with the increase of falling height difference,and the induced airflow velocity and height show a power exponential relationship,with an index of about 2.6.
