摘要
目的:探讨血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)联合肝功能指标检测应用于肝衰竭诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月柳州市中医医院收治的250例肝衰竭患者为观察组,选取同期250例健康群体为对照组。比较两组患者治疗前及观察组治疗前后的IgA、IgM、IgG水平及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)水平。结果:治疗前,观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,观察组ALT、AST、GGT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组ALT、AST、GGT水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:IgA、IgM、IgG联合肝功能指标基检测,能够对肝衰竭进行诊断。针对肝衰竭患者使用IgA、IgM、IgG联合肝功能指标检测方法能够明确病情,协助医生进行诊断,为后续制定诊疗计划提供有力依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)combined with liver function in the diagnosis of liver failure.Methods:A total of two hundred and fifty patients with liver failure admitted to Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and two hundred and fifty healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and glutamyltransferase(GGT)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups and the observation group.Results:Before treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);Before treatment,ALT,AST and GGT levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,ALT,AST and GGT levels in observation group were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:IgA,IgM,IgG combined with liver function index base test can diagnose liver failure.For patients with liver failure,IgA,IgM,IgG combined liver function index detection method can clarify the condition,assist doctors in diagnosis,provide a strong basis for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment plan,and have high clinical application value.
