摘要
口腔种植手术的麻醉方式多采用传统药物麻醉,但传统麻醉风险不可忽视。穴位麻醉无药物应用或减少药物用量,有其独特临床优势。种植二期手术时长较短,产生疼痛较少,适合作为穴位麻醉临床应用的对象。基于此,本文探索穴位麻醉下行种植二期手术的应用,为口腔种植麻醉方式提供新的选择,也为穴位麻醉临床应用提供新方向,以供临床医师参考。
The anesthesia method of oral implant surgery mostly uses traditional drug anesthesia,but the risk of traditional anesthesia cannot be ignored.Acupoint anesthesia has its unique clinical advantages of no drug application or reduced drug dosage.The second stage of implantation surgery is shorter in length and less painful,making it suitable for clinical application of acupoint anesthesia.Based on this,this paper explores the application of acupoint anesthesia for the second stage of implantation,provides a new choice for oral implant anesthesia,and also provides a new direction for the clinical application of acupoint anesthesia for the reference of clinicians.
