摘要
当前阶段,我国社会主义经济建设发展迅速,城市化建设进程逐步推进,建筑行业内的竞争日趋激烈,广大人民群众对居住环境与建筑质量的要求也日趋提高,在这样的背景下,建筑企业若想实现转型升级与健康可持续发展,就需要完善自身建筑工程管理模式,以此推进建筑工程施工进度、提高建筑工程成品质量。因此,建筑企业内部相关工作人员应当重视完善创新模式,结合实际情况与建筑工程管理需求将创新理念融入管理工作的每一个具体环节中,以此提高建筑工程管理质量水平。本文旨在就相关问题展开探讨,为实践提供参考。
At the current stage,China’s socialist economic construction is developing rapidly,the process of urbanization is gradually advancing,the competition in the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and the general public’s requirements for the living environment and construction quality are also increasing.Under such a background,if construction enterprises want to achieve transformation and upgrading and healthy and sustainable development,they need to improve their own construction project management mode,so as to promote the construction progress of construction projects,and improve the quality of finished construction projects.Therefore,the relevant staff within the construction enterprise should pay attention to improving the innovation mode,combining the actual situation and the construction project management needs to integrate the innovative concept into every specific link of the management work,so as to improve the quality of construction project management.The purpose of this paper is to discuss related issues and provide reference for practice.
