响应面法优化泡沫分离芦笋加工废水中皂苷工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Foam Separation of Saponins from Asparagus Processing Wastewaterby Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为优化芦笋加工废水中皂苷的最佳提取工艺,以芦笋加工废水中皂苷的回收率为评价指标,在鼓泡方式及时间、气流速、废水中皂苷浓度、起泡剂(SDS)浓度、pH等单因素试验的基础上,采用中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验模型对提取工艺进行优化。优化后芦笋加工废水中皂苷的最佳提取条件为气流速2.8 L/min、SDS浓度0.1%、芦笋废水pH 7,在此条件下,皂苷回收率为81.8%,能较好地与响应面模型相拟合。采用泡沫分离法提取芦笋加工废水中皂苷的回收率明显优于传统方法。试验结果为芦笋罐头加工废水中皂苷的回收利用提供理论依据。 To explore the optimal extraction process of saponins from asparagus processing wastewater,using the recovery rate of saponins in asparagus processing wastewater as an evaluation index,the extraction process was optimized using a central combination(Box-Behnken)experimental model based on single factor experiments such as bubbling method and time,airflow speed,saponin concentration in the wastewater,foaming agent(SDS)concentration,and pH.The optimal extraction condition for saponins from asparagus processing wastewater was as follows:air flow velocity of 2.8 L/min,SDS concentration of 0.1%,and pH 7 in asparagus wastewater,the recovery rate of saponins was 81.8%,which could well fit the response surface model.The recovery rate of saponins extracted from asparagus processing wastewater by foam separation method was obviously superior to the traditional method.The results provided a theoretical basis for the recovery and utilization of saponins from asparagus canned wastewater.
