摘要
高层住宅建筑施工存在主体结构一次成型质量要求高,砖砌外墙质量难以保证,二次结构施工质量难以控制,建筑主体结构外立面复杂,外架搭设要求高等难点,应用铝合金模板施工技术,通过外墙非承重墙体与主体结构一体化施工,采用薄灰砌筑和薄层抹灰技术,对整体爬架进行优化设计,成功解决以上问题,促进高层住宅建筑的发展。
Difficulties exist in the construction of high⁃rise residential buildings,such as high⁃quality requirements for the one⁃step forming of the main structure,difficulty in ensuring the quality of the brickwork exterior wall,difficulty in controlling the construction quality of the secondary structure,complexity of the exterior facade of the main structure,and high requirements for the erection of the outer frame.The aluminum alloy formwork construction technology is used,through the integrated construction technology of the non⁃bearing wall and the main structure of the exterior wall,the thin⁃layer masonry and thin⁃layer plastering technology is used,and the overall climbing scaffold is optimized,the above problems are solved and promote the development of high⁃rise residential buildings.
