摘要
目的探究老年前列腺癌患者社会参与水平与复发恐惧及健康素养的相关性。方法随机选取2019年1月-2022年1月于武汉大学人民医院泌尿外科接受治疗的老年前列腺癌患者236例作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、参与和自主性测评问卷(Impact on Participation and Autonomy Questionnaire,IPA)、癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表(Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form,FoP-Q-SF)、慢性病患者健康素养量表(Health Literacy Management Scale,HeLMS)进行调查。结果老年前列腺癌患者的IPA评分为(47.09±5.08)分,FoP-Q-SF量表评分为(38.34±5.10)分,HeLMS量表评分为(72.72±6.14)分,老年前列腺癌患者的IPA评分与FoP-Q-SF量表评分呈正相关,与HeLMS量表评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年前列腺癌患者社会参与水平与复发恐惧及健康素养存在相关性,护理人员可根据患者的社会参与水平,为其制定相应的干预措施,从而缓解老年前列腺癌患者的复发恐惧感以及提高其健康素养水平。
Objective To explore the correlation between the level of social participation,fear of recurrence and health literacy in elderly patients with prostate cancer.Methods A total of 236 elderly patients with prostate cancer who were treated in the urology department of the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The basic information questionnaire,Impact on Participation and Autonomy Questionnaire(IPA),Fear of Progression Questionnaire-short form FoP-Q-SF,chronic disease patients health literacy management scale(HeLMS)were used for the investigation.Results The score of IPA in el-derly patients with prostate cancer was(47.09±5.08),the score of FoP-Q-SF was(38.34±5.10),and the score of HeLMS was(72.72±6.14)points.The IPA score of cancer patients was positively correlated with the FoP-Q-SF scale score,and negatively correlated with the HeLMS scale score(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the level of social participation in elderly patients with prostate cancer and fear of recurrence and health literacy.Nurses can formulate corresponding intervention measures for patients according to the level of social participation,so as to alleviate the fear of recurrence and improve their health literacy level in elderly patients with prostate cancer.
