摘要
旨在研究足垫皮炎(foot pad dermatitis, FPD)对肉仔鸡生长及采食、饮水、站立和趴卧行为的影响。试验分别选取42日龄健康肉仔鸡10只(对照组)和FPD肉仔鸡10只(FPD组),将其放入不同的栏内饲喂3 d后,进行5 d的正式试验。结果表明:FPD组终末体重和采食量与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);FPD组24 h站立采食时间极显著低于对照组(P<0.001),24 h趴卧采食时间极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),24 h总采食时间与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);FPD组24 h站立饮水时间与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),24 h趴卧饮水时间和总饮水时间极显著高于对照组(P<0.001);FPD组24 h非采食和饮水站立时间和总站立时间均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),24 h总趴卧时间(含趴卧采食和饮水时间)极显著高于对照组(P<0.001),24 h趴卧时间(不含趴卧采食和趴卧饮水时间)与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:FPD对肉仔鸡生长性能无影响,但会增加肉仔鸡趴卧采食时间和趴卧饮水时间,减少站立采食时间、非采食和饮水站立时间和总站立时间。
The present study was conducted to study the effect of foot pad dermatitis(FPD)on growth and feeding,drinking,standing and lying behavior of broiler chickens.Ten 42-day-old healthy broilers(the control group)and 10 FPD broilers(the FPD group)were selected and fed in different pens for 3 days before conducting a formal trial for 5 days.The results showed that the final body weight and feed intake of the FPD group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The 24 h standing feeding time of the FPD group was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001),their 24 h lying-down feeding time was extremely significantly higher(P<0.01),but their 24 h total feeding time was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).The 24 h stand-ing drinking time of the FPD group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05),but their 24 h lying-down drink-ing time and total drinking time were significantly higher(P<0.01).The 24 h non-feeding and drinking standing time and total standing time of the FPD group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and their 24 h total lying time(including lying time)of the FPD group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The 24 h total lying down time(including lying down feeding time and drinking time)in the FPD group was extremely significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),but the 24 h lying down time(excluding lying down feeding time and lying down drinking time)in the FPD group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).In conclusion,FPD had no effect on growth performance of broilers;however,it increased their lying down feeding time and lying down drinking time,but decreased the standing feeding time,non-feeding and drinking standing time and total standing time of the broilers.
