张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥南锚碇刚性接头地下连续墙施工工艺试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥为主跨2300 m的双塔双跨吊钢箱梁悬索桥,南锚碇基础采用支护转结构复合地下连续墙基础。为保证地下连续墙的整体性,提出2种新型刚性接头(CT刚性接头和排插钢筋刚性接头)。为验证新型刚性接头地下连续墙施工工艺的可行性与承载性能,对2种新型刚性接头地下连续墙开展施工工艺试验,重点进行地下连续墙成槽、钢箱及钢筋笼下放、水下混凝土浇筑工序试验,并切割试件进行施工质量检验及承载性能测试。结果表明:2种新型刚性接头地下连续墙的施工工艺总体可行;排插钢筋刚性接头的承载性能高于CT刚性接头;建议主体地下连续墙采用排插钢筋刚性接头,并针对施工工艺试验揭露的问题进行设计优化以及加强施工过程中的质量控制,保证主体地下连续墙施工质量。 Featuring a main span of 2300 m,the main navigation channel bridge of Zhangjiagang-Jingjiang-Rugao Changjiang River Bridge is a two-tower suspension bridge,where the hanger cables are arranged in the main span and 717 m of the longer side span(1200 m).The stiffening girder consists of steel boxes.The south anchorage is supported by a composite diaphragm wall structure which was built first as a shoring system during construction and finally transformed to a permanent supporting component of the bridge.To ensure the integrity of the diaphragm walls,two types of rigid joints,namely the CT joint and plug-in reinforced bar joint,are proposed.Tests were carried out on diaphragm wall structures with CT joints and plug-in reinforced bars,respectively,to verify the constructability and load bearing performance.The tests focused on the construction procedures of the trench formation,implementation of steel boxes and reinforcement cages and pouring of tremie concrete.The specimens were also cut to examine the construction quality and load bearing capacity.It is shown that the construction techniques selected for the diaphragm walls with the two types of rigid joints are applicable,the load bearing capacity of the diaphragm walls with plug-in reinforced bar joints is much higher than that of the diaphragm walls with CT joints,as a result,the diaphragm walls with plug-in reinforced bar joints were determined.The original design was modified to address the issues revealed in the tests,and stricter construction control was required to ensure the quality of the diaphragm walls.
